Fourth Graders get visit from Viola Player!

Fourth graders were surprised with a special visit from a viola player last week!

Leanne King MacDonald (known to the kids as Ms. Leanne) is a viola player from the West Shore Symphony and came to talk to all three fourth grade classes. She will be our mentor as we prepare for our LINK UP concert in April. She talked to the kids about what a viola is, the difference between a viola and a violin, and even performed a piece for us on the viola! It was wonderful!

The highlight was when she brought up volunteers to try playing the violin! What a fun time for everyone!
