4th and 5th grade get ready for SYMPHONY Field Trips!!

Fourth and fifth graders have been working hard getting ready for their symphony field trips coming up in March and April!

Fourth grade students have been participating in a program sponsored by Carnegie Hall called LINK UP. They will be attending a performance by the West Shore Symphony Orchestra at the Frauenthal Theatre in Muskegon, on April 15, 2009. The concert is at 11:30 and students will leave school approximately 10:00.

Fifth grade students have also been touching up on their orchestra knowledge in preparation for their field trip to see the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra perform at Central Wesleyan Church in Holland on March 10, 2009. The concert is at 11:10 and students will leave school approximately 10:00.

If you are interested in being a chaperone for either of these field trips, please contact your child's classroom teacher. Please be aware that younger siblings are not allowed to attend and there is a very limited number of chaperones allowed for each class due to seating.
