As you may have heard, our 4th grade students have an AMAZING opportunity to interact with the West Michigan Symphony Orchestra tomorrow. We will be taking busses to the Frauenthal Theatre in Muskegon to not only hear the symphony perform, but to be a PART of the show! Students have been preparing all year to learn to sing, move and play recorders with the symphony. The program is called LINK UP and it is created by Carnegie Hall in New York to literally "link up" the students and the orchestra in a once-in-a-lifetime interactive event!
We are so fortunate to be part of this, but since all three concerts are maxed out on seats, only a limited number of chaperones will be able to attend. (If you are not sure if you were chosen to be a chaperone, please be sure to contact your child's teacher.)
HOWEVER... for the first time, the LINK UP concert will be showing tidbits of the concert LIVE on their Facebook page. Please be sure to check it out to see this amazing show!
