Flutist visits 4th graders

Jodi Dyer, a flutist from the West Michigan Symphony, visited with our 4th graders prior to our LINK UP concert trip.  It was a great experience for the students to be able to ask her questions and find out what its really like to be in a symphony orchestra.  She demonstrated both the flute and piccolo and also helped our students with their recorder songs for our concert.   We were sad that we didn't get to see her play at the concert, but excited to hear she had her baby girl just 4 days before our concert!  Thank you Mrs. Dyer for helping us learn about the orchestra!
